Congratulation to our Kata and Kumite Squad members who travelled to Sunderland to take part at this year’s KUGB Northern Regional Championships. Well done, Lewis Keen, Sarah Appleby, Rachael Fernandez, Harry Peacock, Liam Goodfellow and Grace Macauley who competed in Kata and Kumite events. They all showed great determination, spirit, and etiquette during the day and were a credit to themselves and  Kaizen Karate Club. 

 It was another fantastic day with an excellent standard of Karate from all competitors.
