Our classes cater for children (4 years and over) and adults.

Our class times 

Join us for our Wednesday Children's Classes designed for ages 7 to 12 years! 5:00 to 6:00 PM, we welcome beginners  White Belts to Blue Belts.

 

6:00 to 7:00 Junior Brown & White Belts can further their skills.

 

Adults aged 13 and up can participate in classes from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, open to all grades. Don't miss the chance to learn and grow in a supportive environment!
