KUGB National Championships 2013 Sensei Keith travelled down to the Birmingham NIA to watch this years KUGB National Championships .It was a fantastic day with some outstanding Karate. Many of the teams travelled hundreds of miles to compete in this prestigious event including competitors from England Scotland, Ireland and Wales.Sensei Keith, who also coaches at Ashington NKA had a team Kata entry and competitors in individual Kata and Kumite events.
