Kaizen Karate Club was proud to host its second open Karate course  this year with former World and European Karate champions, Sensei John James Bruce and Sensei Holly Sterling.

 

Both instructors are renowned Kata and Kumite champions and their vast knowledge was well received by students from various clubs around the North East.

 

Sensei Keith would like to thank Sensei Bruce and Sensei Sterling for two very informative and enjoyable sessions working on the fundamentals of basic body movements, Kumite and Kata's Bassi Dai and Empi.
