Sensei Keith attended the weekend course Hosted By Sendai Kushiro Karate Club, the Course was run over 3 days with 11 hours of training with sensei John James Bruce, Sensei Holly Sterling and guest instructor Sensei Ian Stopforth.

Friday 23rd August

7 - 8pm - Kata, Unsu - Sensei J Bruce

8 - 9pm - Kumite - Sensei J Bruce

Saturday 24th August

10 - 11.15am - Kihon

4 - 5.15pm - Kata, Gojushiho Sho - Sensie H Sterling

5.30 - 6.45pm - Kumite - Sensei H Sterling

7 - 7.30 - Conditioning Training - Sensei J Bruce

7.30 - 8pm Stretching - Sensei H Sterling

Sunday 25th August

11.30 - 12.45pm - Kata Tekki Sandan and Wankan - Sensei J Bruce

1.15 - 3pm - Guest Instructor- Sensei Ian Stopforth

3.15 - 4.30pm - Kumite - Sensei J Bruce
