Congratulations to our  two Students Adam and Jack Murphy  who took travelled down  to Liverpool Firefit Sports Centre  take part in this years competition. They competed in both Kata and Kumite events and showed great spirit, and etiquette during the day and were a credit to themselves and Kaizen Karate Club. 

 It was another fantastic day with an excellent standard of  Karate from every competitor.
