Sensei Keith travelled to Lancaster this month to train with the top KUGB Instructors .

The 2013 Summer Karate Course was held at Lancaster University ,  from Monday 5th  August till Friday 9th August . The course, now in its  33rd year, was very well attended with students from all across the UK and abroad. In addition to the general training there were lectures and Bo lessons  (Japanese wooden staff "bo" weapon)
