Killingworth Kaizen Karate Club was proud to host an open Karate course with former World and European Karate champions, Sensei John James Bruce and Sensei Holly Sterling.
Both instructors are renowned Kata and Kumite champions and their vast knowledge was well received by students from various clubs around the North East.
