Dedicated to teaching traditional Shotokan Karate in Northumberland and Tyne & Wear.

 

Kaizen Karate Club has clubs based in Ashington, Killingworth, and Gateshead. Sensei Keith Burns, 6th Dan Black belt has over 43yrs teaching experience.

Our classes cater for children (4 years and over) and adults.
